Fireman!

We had the chance to meet with the firemen last week and learn some safety tips for being safe at home and at school. The students learned what to do to be safe with bathroom and kitchen appliances, what to do if there is smoke in your house, and what the ambulances do. Two important homework assignments students were given:
1. Know how to safely get out of your house in case of an emergency. A few options are ideal, in case one exit is blocked.
2. Where is your family's meeting place?
Please talk about both of these things with your child to help them be safe in case of a fire or emergency at your house.
